Estribo con alas exteriores
El estribo SBE posibilita una aplicación de cargas similar a la del modelo de 2 mm de espesor. Es el primer estribo surgido de un estudio realizado aplicando las especificaciones del Eurocódigo 5..

Características
Materia
- Acero galvanizado S250GD + Z275 según NF EN 10346,
- Espesor : 1,5 mm.
Ventajas
- Estribo optimizado para conseguir una instalación más rápida (requiere un 20% menos de clavos que un estribo SAE),
- Sistema "Speed prong" que facilita su instalación en elementos de soporte de madera,
- Espesor más pequeño sin pérdida de resistencia.

Fijaciones
Sobre el elemento secundario :
- Puntas anilladas CNA 4.0x50 mm,
- Puntas anilladas CNA 4.0x35 mm para espesores inferiores a 64 mm,
- Tornillos CSA 5.0x40 mm,
- Tornillos CSA 5.0x35 mm para espesores inferiores a 60 mm.
Sobre el elemento principal :
Elemento de soporte de madera :
- Puntas anilladas CNA 4.0x50 mm,
- Puntas anilladas CNA 4.0x35 mm para espesores inferiores a 64 mm,
- Tornillos CSA 5.0x40 mm,
- Tornillos CSA 5.0x35 mm para espesores inferiores a 60 mm.
Elemento de soporte de acero :
- Pernos de Ø 10 mm (el diámetro del perno no debe ser inferior en más de 2 mm al del agujero).
Elemento de soporte de hormigón :
- Anclaje mecánico Ø 10 : pasador FM 753 EVO M10x78/5,
- Anclaje químico Ø 10 : resina AT-HP + varilla roscada LMAS M10-120/25.
Elemento de soporte de mampostería hueca (debe verificarse la aplicación de cargas a los anclajes) :
- Anclaje químico Ø 10 : resina AT-HP o POLY-GP + varilla roscada LMAS M10-120/25 + tamiz SH M16-130.
Instalación
Sobre madera :
- Trace la situación de la viga secundaria sobre la principal.
- Oriente el estribo y prefije las alas a cada lado.
- Ajuste el estribo según los trazados previos.
- Finalice la fijación colocando pernos en cada ala.
- Oriente la viga secundaria en el estribo y fíjela mediante pernos o tirafondos.
Sobre hormigón :
- Método 1 : Trace la situación de los agujeros colocando el estribo sobre el soporte.
- Método 2 : Trace la situación de la viga sobre el soporte, oriente el estribo e identifique los centros de los agujeros.
- Perfore el soporte con una broca adaptada.
- Oriente el estribo y fíjelo sobre el soporte con pasadores de anclaje.
- Oriente la viga secundaria en el estribo antes de fijarla mediante pernos o tirafondos.
